Tascor provide high quality building maintenance & integrated FM to Cleveland Police in a challenging and demanding 24 hour a day 365 days a year operational police environment.

As well as a comprehensive planned and reactive maintenance programme Tascor provide a full lifecycle asset management service to ensure that the buildings and grounds are maintained to a high standard throughout the whole contract term. The wide range of service provided includes specialist support to manage evidential and lost and found property at a Central Property Store facility.

Cleveland Police serves a diverse area of both urban and rural communities. In order to develop their estates strategy and to provide upgraded facilities to part of their ageing estate, Cleveland Entered into a PFI agreement to provide, Two Regional Headquarters buildings and two local Town Office facilities. With an extensive policing operation and a large central custody suite, which is in constant use, at one of the Regional Headquarters buildings, maintaining the plant and fabric within the site requires close cooperation with the Police.

From the outset of the project right up to the present day; first and foremost, we work in close partnership with Cleveland Police to ensure that they can deliver quality, high performance policing to the people of Cleveland.
