Integrated Facilities Management services for the North Kent Police HQ building which includes a 40 cell custody management suite.

The impressive 11,000 square metre headquarters for North Kent Police provides specialist, administrative and operational policing accommodation for the North Kent force.

The site opened in 2008 when we were awarded the PFI contract to maintain all facilities including;

M&E Maintenance, Statutory Compliance, Planned and Reactive Maintenance, Fire Alarm, CCTV, Security, Catering, Cleaning, Janitorial, Front Desk Services, Vehicle Cleaning, Grounds and Lifecycle replacement.

We provide 7 day a week front desk services at the HQ and at a number of other sites in North Kent force area.

In addition, we provide a service to ensure that police vehicles are kept clean and present a professional image whilst out on patrol and we even manage evidential and lost and found property on behalf of the force, managing the storage, movement and disposal of some 11,000 thousand items on behalf of the force.

Security is guaranteed through a comprehensive Access Control and CCTV system and we maintain consistent environmental conditions, through the effective control and maintenance of a sophisticated geo thermal system, which replaces traditional boilers and enhances the green credentials of the site which means the building is operating 33% more efficient than similar properties.
