Who We Are

We have a proud record of delivering high quality wide ranging services to our clients.

We were involved, as the FM provider, in a number of PFI contracts for Police Constabularies across the country and we are proud to say that we still deliver our services under those same contracts today.

Acquired by Capita Group in 2012, we have grown our client base beyond those initial PFI contracts to encompass further emergency services. We now provide a full range of facilities management, maintenance and statutory compliance services to Gloucestershire Fire and Rescue Services sites and to the prestigious National Fire Service College a 300 acre site in Moreton in the Marsh with an impressive range of highly specialist facilities.

With contracts nationwide, we have a central helpdesk facility utilising computer aided facilities management software tailored to meet our individual client needs, to ensure that all of our activities are recorded and monitored effectively giving comfort and peace of mind to our clients.
